WhatsApp the social messaging app is rolling an interesting turn of events with two updates for its users. The company has prepared these changes to allow its users maintain high-speed work on its platform with new text formatting. Latest updates include
- Changing the font style of a word
- Finding emojis in the app with no difficulty
It is important to mention here that these latest features are only offered to Android users, iOS users have to hang around for these updates. So iOS user keeps calm and waits for these interesting updates to make your WhatsApp cooler. The company has not officially declared when updates for its iOS users will be released. But the android user can enjoy these updates.
At the past, to bold, a word users need to use (*) or for italicize a word (_), but now a new update is making it easier all you need is to long press on the word and the option to bold or italicize a word will appear.
Further, the Facebook-owned company has also set out an emoji search option. You can write any word in it for instance cat after the word is written down the search option will then offer a related suggestion to users.
In the past, Whatsapp also announced that it is updating its platform so that one can send any type of file. As currently, users can just send files such as PDFs, Word documents, slides, and spreadsheets but, in a little while the users can send different types of files as well such as APKs files.
Apart from these updates, as rumors were flowing on social media platforms that WhatsApp was going to take out its support for Blackberry which includes the BlackBerry 10 and BlackBerry Operating System (BBOS) but the social messaging app has once again extended support for BlackBerry.
