Both Samsung and Oneplus recently released their latest flagship phones – the galaxy note 9, while Oneplus went on to release the Oneplus 6. So which phone would you rather have? Well, I know which one I’d like to have. Oneplus 6. Why? Well, let me show you a picture.
Amazing software
The Oneplus 6 has excellent software. Its OxygenOS is far better than Samsung’s experience. Oneplus’ software just blends in well, and is just more cleaner. It feels more like stock android when compared to Samsung’s software. Ranging from features such as App locker, to the various off screen gestures, Oneplus’ software just gives a wider range of options too.
Dash Charging
While it’s true that Samsung offers fast charging, it isn’t quite up to the mark when compared to Oneplus’ dash charging. The dash charging is extremely fast, your Oneplus 6 could reach up to 60 percent in just 30 minutes, while a full 100 percent would take around 90 minutes.

Looks almost as good as the Note 9, if not better
The design on the Oneplus 6 is exquisite. While it is true that the Note 9 isn’t any less sexy, in my opinion, the Oneplus 6 just outdoes the Note 9 in this regard. The phone sports a flat display instead of a curved design, and the back is certainly more attractive, and considering the fact that there is a wide range of color options, I know I’d like the Oneplus 6 in my pocket.
Great price-performance ratio
Probably the most important factor when you go out and buy a Oneplus – the price of the phone. The base model of the Note 9 cost a thousand dollars, while the Oneplus 6 retails at around 600 dollars, even lesser if you want less storage. So in a nutshell, the Oneplus 6 would cost you almost half what the Note 9 would cost, while not at all compromising on the features and the specs. After all, it isn’t called the flagship killer for nothing.
Wrap up
It is no doubt true that the Note 9 is a powerhouse, an extremely good phone, and has many features that even the Oneplus 6 doesn’t have. These include the likes of wireless charging, an IP68 rating, expandable storage, an iris scanner, and the s pen amongst other things. However, let’s be honest, most of these things aren’t even needed for normal usage, and most of the items that I have stated are more of a luxury, rather than a necessity. And especially taken into the factor of price, I know I’d much rather go for the Oneplus 6, as I’d not only be getting amongst the best phones available on the market, but I’d also be saving a few hundred bucks as well.
