Over the last couple of days, we’ve been getting some teasers by Vivo with regards to the launch, and the specifications of its upcoming new phone, the Vivo X23. There have been a substantial amount of rumors going on regarding the phone, these consisting of the release date, the specs, the price etc etc and even though the company teased the media via live photos, at that time in particular, the launch date wasn’t actually announced.
However, in the most recent of events, the tech giant has finally decided to announce exactly when the phone will be released : on the 6th of September.
Although there have been a huge amount of rumors, it is expected that the phone will come with a snapdragon 670 chipset, along with 8GB of RAM, which at this moment seems to be the most basic amount : it probably would be even more! The device is set to feature a 6.4 inch full screen display, and whether or not the phone will be bezel-less, or indeed have the presence of a notch is not as of yet confirmed, however, we won’t be in the dark for too long, especially when you consider the fact that the launch of the phone is so close now.
What would make this phone special is the fact that it will not only feature 3D face recognition, but is also set to have an inbred fingerprint scanner. The fact that only the Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer edition and the Huawei Porsche have such a combination of biometric security is what sets this phone apart from the others.

The cameras of the phoneis certainly expected to be good. The rear camera is expected to be a 12MP one. There are also a wide range of sensor which are expected to feature, there ranging from the likes of a Proximity senor, to the likes of the Accelerometer, Compass, and Gyroscope.
The phone looks set to be a powerful one, too. It is expected that the phone will be powered by an octa core (2 GHz, Dual core, Kyro 360 + 1.7 GHz, Hexa Core, Kyro 360) processor. Now you’d expected that a phone of such power should have a battery to match with, and that is certainly the case for the Vivo X23. It is expected that the phone will feature a 3500 mAh battery. The phone may even have an Adreno 615 GPU for the purpose of high level graphical performance. The phone will run Android 8.1 oreo out of the box, whileyou would like to imagine that the phone would feature Android Pie soon enough.
