So the relevant Chinese companies have developed a knack for creating sub-brands of there very large enterprises. Seeing the new culture of sub-brands amongst many major companies of the world, Vivo have also decided to opt for a change in strategy and hence have created a sub-brand under the name of the Vivo IQOO. Moreover, we are still not sure how the brand name will be pronounced and nor have the company given any details to us regarding the new brand but they announced the new sub-brand name in a futuristic teaser which has surfaced online hinting that they will add the innovative and next generation technology in this lineup of mobile phones.

Furthermore, it has been revealed that the website domain for this ‘sub-brand’ will be www.iqoo.com, but don’t bother looking in to the link right now because as it stands there isn’t much provided on the series but rather the company have posted information about Vivo. Honestly, we are still not one hundred percent sure as to what market or what types of phones the company is looking to target and release. However, Vivo have at the moment announced that a lucky winner in their many followers will be sent an IQOO smartphone tomorrow, so we are expecting to get some more insight in to the mobile phone.

So as we mentioned before many companies have opted for the sub-brand strategy, notable names of such companies include, Huawei who created Honor, which basically targets the mid-range market in the cellphone industry, Redmi also has a separate brand there books, known as Redmi who opt for the same strategy as the company Huawei does. Here is the interesting part about Honor and Redmi though, both companies apparently have a separate status and lets wait and see if Vivo IQOO opt for a similar strategy or not.
