In a bid to get the numerical results of the affectees of mobile phones regarding personal life issues, scientists from America got published a study in the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.

According to this very study, scientists have found that using a mobile device at home for work purposes has so many negative implications for not only the employee’s own work life but also for their life partners.
For the conduction of the study that have been published in the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, 344 married couples have been surveyed. All the participants of this study worked fulltime and also they used mobile devices or tablets at home for their work purposes or you can say to meet the challenges of their office.
Wayne Crawford, from the University of Texas in the US, is of the view that “There is plenty of research on technology and how it affects employees,”.
He dds to his statement saying that the conductors of this study wanted to see if this technology use did carry over to affect the spouse negatively at work.
The survey results of the couples’ being studied, showed that to use a mobile device during family time does often result in lower job satisfaction. The study also added to the hazards of using mobiles at home for employees’ job purposes does also lower down the job performance of the employees.
Crawford does add to his study contents stating,
“It is really no surprise that conflict was created when a spouse is using a mobile device at home,”.
Within the duration of family time, –Crawford opines– getting engaged in work activities does ultimately lead lives of couples at trouble either their work life is regarded or the personal life.
