By prioritizing customers’ welfare and facilitating them amidst challenging circumstances, Ufone 4G has lived up to its customer-focused business philosophy. The nationwide data suspension had not only affected digital connectivity but also made it difficult for users to purchase new bundles or make online payments for mobile top-ups. The situation is further exacerbated by the closure of markets and retail outlets offering mobile recharge.
In a situation such as this, the sudden expiry of the bundles would have left the users in the lurch without any facility to subscribe to new bundles, but the extension has done away with the inconvenient prospect. Now, Ufone 4G users not only have an additional 24 hours to use unconsumed resources and time to subscribe to a new bundle of their choosing but also the chance to carry forward the accumulated resources from previous bundles.
The Super Cards offer customers a hassle-free solution to stay connected, with on-net minutes, off-net minutes, SMS, and high-speed data bundles of their choice. Customers can choose from a range of bundles, depending on their usage requirements.
