Every other day the headlines are read by the anchors of leading News channels expressing how another horrific rape victim has been killed. One wonders what makes the rapist attack the victim, is it her beauty? Is it her refusal? Is it a family feud? But when the reporter tells that the victim was a child. You shudder at the thought of what makes one rape a child, an innocent soul that has done no evil.
You find yourself questioning, but she’s so tiny, but how can you even think of desecrating her little body, because she’s just a child, she’s so fragile, and no logic, no justification can calm the numbing sense of fear that sinks into your very soul. You can’t envision a human going so below, even the beast upholds the law of the jungle and knows not to hunt for pleasure sake.
Hooz Noor another victim to these monsters that live amongst us is yet another horrific example of how our society has plunged into this filth that no one has the guts to clean. Once again such monsters will be let loose and once again Justice will be blind.
Our lives begin to end the day we become
silent about things that matter.

Who would have known that Hooz Noor would not return from school, that she would not get to play again with her mother, that her father would not get to tell her stories of his adventures, that they would not see her grow up to be a beautiful,strong independent woman.

They snatched her childhood with their claws, her screams were silenced, and her body was thrown in a water tank.
Residents of the area told how two men were arrested in the city’s Ziarat Kaka Sahib, Nowshera on Sunday as they were trying to drown the minor girl identified as Hooz Noor (seven-year-old) after allegedly sexually abusing her.
According to the police, which registered a first information report (FIR) of the incident, both men were arrested.
Will Hooz Noor’s rape and cold-blooded murder get justice?
Will our Law set an example out of these two men so that no other child ever feels the touch of a rapist?
