Sony’s upcoming console in the PS5 could have free instant game demos for all the titles that are available – this courtesy of the console’s apparent ability to quickly both load as well as stream content. The secret weapon that the Sony PS5 will have.
While for now this isn’t official, if the news does actually turn out to be true, then this would represent a terrific feature for the Japanese company’s next console. This will especially be useful in situations where users won’t be able to make up their minds about purchasing a game and then can simply try it out via streaming. This will probably lead to many Playstation fans to find games that are exactly for them.
Sony’s current console in the Ps4 already has PS Now on offer, which has the ability to allow the streaming of old as well as new games – this for a certain subscription fee. Though this isn’t comparable to Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass so Sony really does need to up its game if it wants to persuade more users of the Xbox to join the Playstation network – or indeed just get more money out of its current fan base.

It has also already been confirmed that the PS5 will in fact be capable to download just specific parts of a game whether it be a single player or indeed multi-player. With that said, users will not be forced to download everything that a game has to offer and can save up on valuable space. Despite the troubles that seem to be ever so present due to the coronavirus pandemic, it is expected that both the PS5 as well as its rival in the Xbox Series X will launch around November time in this year. It is expected that Sony will make big announcements with regards to the console during this month and the next – and for now, we can only hope that the company also takes off the wraps on how the console looks like during this time.
