Just a couple of months ago Huawei launched its flagship smartphone series – the Huawei P30 series in the Chinese market. When the much anticipated series was launched, it included the Huawei P30 – a smartphone that was made available in three models consisting of : 8 gigs of RAM and 64 gigs of internal storage, 8 gigs of RAM and 128 gigs storage and finally 8 gigs of RAM and 256 gigs internal storage.
It has now been announced by the Chinese manufacturer that it will be announcing a base model for the P30 in its home country. This base model is set to feature with 6 gigs of RAM along with 128 gigs of internal storage. It has been stated that this particular variant will set customers back $582 – this representing the same price as the variant which features with 8 gigs of RAM and 64 gigs of internal storage.
The Huawei P30 features with a 6.1-inch OLED display and has the support for Full HD+ screen resolution, equipped with a more than useful In-display fingerprint scanner. The device is powered by the company’s very own 7nm Kirin 980 processor.

Concerning the camera, the device features with a SuperSensing 40MP Leica Triple Camera setup. It goes on to feature with a 40MP wide-angle lens, along with an 8MP telephoto lens and a 16MP ultra-wide lens. As far as the selfie camera goes, the device is equipped with a 32MP snapper on the front for taking selfies as well as video calling.
The phone runs on the latest EMUI 9.1 custom interface which was designed in a manner to go along with Google’s Android Pie. The P30 has a 3,650mAh battery which also supports 40W Supercharge fast charging support. Being IP57 rated, you would have to worry too much if the device is splashed with a bit of water every now and again. As far as the color options go, the phone is available in five colors: Pearl White, Black, Amber Sunrise, Aurora and finally, Blue Crystal.
