The recent news surrounding Vivo is that the company is gearing up the launch for its first ever 5G device at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) Shanghai 2019 which is going to take place later in the coming week. The event is not far off, and now Vivo has made another big announcement with the introduction of its 120W Super FlashCharge technology. The claims of the company state that this technology has the capabilities of completely charging a 4000mAh battery phone in the short time of just 13 minutes.
Back in March, Xiaomi too had teased its very own version of fast charging with the company’s 100W Super Charge Turbo technology which has the capabilities of charging a 4000mAh battery in just 17 minutes. Of course in comparison to Xiaomi’s technology, Vivo’sFlashCharge can charge the same sized battery in a shorter period of time. Vivo has also claimed that it takes only five minutes for the 4000mAh battery to reach 50 percent capacity –a direct consequence of the new technology. And so there is little doubting the fact that this is currently the highest charging power and fastest charging capacity in the whole of the smartphone industry.
