Leaks in relation to Google’s upcoming flagship smartphones have gone on to reveal the design of both the Pixel 4 and the Pixel 4 XL. As per the track record of Google, it is quite likely that the company will launch both the flagship smartphones early in October. Well ahead of the launch though, 9to5 Google has gone on to share detailed specs of the Pixel 4 series by citing information was received on from a very reliable source.
The publication has claimed that both the Pixel 4 and the Pixel 4 XL will possess features that will be quite identical. Reports in the past have indicated that the front of the Pixel 4 duo will mostly be occupied by the screen while there will be a large camera bump on the rear of the phone. Above the display is present a very thick bezel which hosts the Soli radar chip, along with a speaker, a front-facing camera as well as some sensors for the sake of face scanning. Many have especially taken an interest in the Soli technology, as it will give users the power to control the Pixel 4 series without using hands. Both the devices feature with colored lock/power button.

The Pixel 4 will feature with a 5.7-inch OLED display, while the Pixel 4 XL will have a much larger display – coming in at 6.3 inches. This too will be an OLED display. As far as the Pixel 4 goes, it supports full HD+ resolution, while the larger of the two models features with quad HD+ resolution. Also, both the devices are said to support 90Hz refresh rate – and so there is little doubt that both the phones will deliver on a great viewing experience. It has also been claimed that Google might dub the display of the Pixel 4 series as ‘Smooth Display.’
Both the devices will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 along with six gigs of RAM. The devices will feature with 64 or 128GB storage options in the US.
On the battery front, it is likely that some will be disappointed. The Pixel 4 will feature with a 2,800mAh battery – which is smaller than the 2,915mAh battery which can be found on its predecessor – the Pixel 3. However, the Pixel 4 XL will feature with a 3,700mAh battery. This is certainly an upgrade to the 3,430mAh battery which was found in the Pixel 3 XL.
