Tanmay Bakshi is a software developer and publisher of several apps and source code. He is also an author of a textbook on the programming language “Swift” and had been a TEDx speaker.
This IBM Champion is 13 years old and on a mission to assist 100,000 people and devotes a great deal of time to helping others with their programming without any fee.
For this purpose, he has a YouTube channel which has more than a quarter of a million views and more than 15,000 subscribers.
To reach his destination he fields around 20 questions a day via email, Twitter, and YouTube comments being ambitious to help at least 100,000 aspiring techies.
Tanmay has already helped more than 3,500 people from around the world.
He decided to start his own YouTube channel on Christmas Day of 2011. Without any earlier plan for this channel. He used this medium to share his thoughts and his learnings that lead him towards a success.
This Canadian boy wanted to make concepts simple to understand and later shared those simplified concepts with his friends.
He made tutorials for probability and blood groups when he was only in Grade 5. After that, he created tutorials on Watson, AI, Programming, Algorithms, Medical Diagnoses, Math, and Science.
He seeks satisfaction in the pleasure of those who get promotions and good grades out of his assistance.
Tanmay Bakshi is also the host of an IBM Facebook Live series. This series is called “Watson Made Simple with Tanmay”. Through this series, he teaches developers that how to use Watson and AI in their applications.
“The Cognitive Story” is another project this teen age talent is going to start. Through this project, he will help people live a better and easier life through the power of Cognitive technology.
The first chapter of this story revolves around helping those with special needs. This assistance will be made by Watson and artificial intelligence.
He is also writing some courses on AI and Machine Learning for Udemy along with some other courses.
The Author of the book “Hello Swift” – iOS App programming for children and other beginners, also plans to continue to Learn more and share his knowledge.
The teenager ambitious to make changes in the healthcare field through technology is especially concerned about those with disabilities and special needs and wants to help them using cognitive and AI.
He is an inspiration to kids and grown-ups alike and passionate about learning and sharing his knowledge. He will help needy and special people learning to code and enable them to innovate.
