SHOAIB MALIK CLARIFIES THE VIDEO BLAME

Pakistan v India was as one-sided an affair we would have to watch as ever, with the Indian side completely outperforming Pakistan in batting, bowling and fielding showing why they deserve to rightfully win the World Cup this time and are the deserved contenders. On the other side, Pakistani side showed how disrupted they are as a time with rumors already rotating around the camp regarding unrest between the board and the players and the lack or proper mentality from players. Such allegations are obviously very difficult to prove, but a video was uploaded on the internet which added fuel to the fire and now Pakistani players were under further scrutiny. Shoaib Malik clarifies the video blame

The video showed Pakistani players namely, Wahab Riaz, Imam Ul Haq, Imad Wasim and the star couple of Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza having a night out at a sheesha club. This didn’t went well post match when Shoaib Malik was already under a lot of criticism regarding his performances in his last World Cup. The video made the fans furious who didn’t see what they expected and hoped from the team and twitter exploded thereafter. Shoaib Malik seemed to have enough of people criticizing his personal life and posted on Twitter of his disappointment:

“The videos are from 13th June and not 15th.” He added, “Having served my country for 20+ years in Intl Cricket, it’s sad that I have to clarify things related to my personal life. When will Pak media be accountable for their credibility by our courts?!”

This clarification made sure that the video was not of a night before the big match and a little breather for the team and the couple themselves is extremely important for relaxtion. Although take nothing away from the pathetic performance by Pakistan, still one shouldn’t be holding this over their heads.
