So if you guys did not know, the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 came with the additional software feature of Screen Recording, which has not been part of the company’s softwate in previous models of the OnePlus devices. Now after only a few weeks after the company launched the 7 and 7 Pro mobile devices the company have also made the feature available for the previous OnePlus 6 and 6T devices via an APK which can be downloaded from APK Mirror. Moreover, now the company have released a new update which has made it possible for you to use the feature without the need to download a separate APK file. Both the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T are set to receive a new update which will arrive as OxygenOS version 9.0.7 for the OP6 and version 9.0.15 for the OP6T. Moreover, this new update will bring users the addition of the screen recorder feature to boththe OnePlus 6 and 6T devices. In additionto the new feature the update has also released a security patch for June 2019 and this will in turn improve the screen rotation, and has also added support for VoLTE and VoWiFi for Telia Denmark.
It shouldbe noted that the screen recorder will notbe able to be used in the app drawer but can be accessed from the Quick Settings panel.The new updatewill be roll out slowly but if you have notreceived it as yet and are becoming impatient then you also have the option of manually installing the incremental OTA or flashing the full ROM.OnePlus had on previousoccasions promised that a Zen Mode will also come in the OnePlus 6/6T but has notyet been sent in this update, howeverwe expect the update to arrive in the July’s security patch.
