Government has made final conscience over excluding Saturday holiday from all federal departments all over the country. Former government offered Saturday holiday in order to save electrical resources, which has severely affected routine works of daily life. All Federal Government institutions/departments will remain open on Saturday and will be granted only holiday on Sunday once a week.
Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Nawaz Sahreef will be summarized about the decision notification by Interior Ministry. This summary will be soon approved. The relief of two holidays in a week has badly affected work in offices, so federal government is taking steps for cancellation of Saturday holiday. Clarifications about whether this strategy will be followed in provincial governments as well, still not verified.
