SAMSUNG QUIETLY INTRODUCES 3 NEW TABLETS

Samsung has found some peace in all the Galaxy Fold dilemma and introduced three new tablets ranging from $230 to $740. This wide range of prices would mean that Samsung hopes that all categories would be willing to buy these tablets.

GALAXY TAB A 10.1:

This is the cheapest model in the latest line-up and carries adequate specs given the price. A FULL HD+ display is always welcome, however all the other specs kind of fall shy of the expected standards. The tablet features a metal housing, a rear 8MP camera, a 5MP selfie sensor, Samsung’s octa-core Exynos 7904 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, and a 6,150mAh battery. The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 runs Android 9 with Samsung’s One UI software overlay out of the box.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 will set you back $230.

GALAXY TAB S5e:

The name hints towards what Samsung did with the S10 series by introducing a somewhat cheaper version by varying things a little bit while keeping the premium experience. Similarly, this new tablet would set you back $400 and packs a punchy WQXGA AMOLED display, with the overall size of the tablet being the slimmest and lightest tablet Samsung has ever made.

Inside you’ll find either 4GB or 6GB of RAM, 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, a microSD slot (expandable up to 512GB), and a 7,040mAh battery with fast charging capabilities. Everything is powered by Android 9 Pie, glossed over with Samsung’s latest One UI Android skin.

Of the Samsung tablets launching today, this is probably the best.

GALAXY VIEW 2:

Last but certainly not the least, in fact nowhere from it, is the Galaxy view 2. This is a massive tablet coming in at 17.3 inches. Whats it targeted for is still yet to be understood, but it is one strange device.

The Galaxy View 2 sports a 17.3-inch Full HD display, with a 5-megapixel camera up top. The tablet doesn’t feature a rear camera, but who would want to take pictures with this thing?

Elsewhere, the Galaxy View 2 features Samsung’s in-house Exynos 7884 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, and a ridiculously-large 12,000mAh battery. Sadly, the tablet runs Android 8.1 out of the box instead of the newer Android 9 Pie.

The Galaxy View 2 ain’t cheap, clocking in at a hefty $740.
