Samsung to launch its interestingly featured Galaxy J Smartphones In India. Samsung have been looking for the strategies to grab ab increased market share in the mid range smartphone segment of India and finally it is set to follow the way of launching four new smartphones under the Galaxy J series.
The ongoing month will see launch of the new devices and the expected date for this launch in India is May 21.
Samsung has targeted millennials with its upcoming smartphones. The phones will feature Infinity Display with thinner bezels around the screen.
Industry sources has reported that South Korea-based Samsung aims at bringing immersive viewing experience at a very affordable price point.
The point to be noted is that the Infinity Display was first introduced in the Galaxy S8 series, and it is also available on the company’s recent flagship smartphones. Recent flagships smartphones with Infinity display by Samsung are Galaxy Note 8 & Galaxy S9 series. Similar display is also available on the Galaxy A8+.

Phones are part of “Make In India” initiative and are expected to come with features targeted towards the Indian users. The features fir Indian users include “S Bike” mode.
Also, the devices are expected to have Ultra Data Saving (UDS) mode and “Turbo Speed” technology. Nit only that, the upcoming devices are speculated to come with dual camera setup at their back.
The South Korean giant has recently launched Galaxy J2 (2018) and Galaxy J7 Duo. J7 Duo comes with a 5.5″ S-AMOLED display offering HD resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and the duo is powered by octa-core Exynos 7 series processor that is coupled with 4GB RAM & 32GB of internal storage. The duo also support microSD card of up to 256GB and comes loaded with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system out of the box. The OS also brings along Bixby Home feature and the devices are given 3,000mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018) is coming pre-installed with an app “Samsung Mall” focused on shopping. ‘Visual Search’ delivering search results on the basis of a product pic clicked on or uploaded from the user’s gallery is featured in the device.
Powered by Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon quad-core SoC the phone has a 5″ qHD display along with 2GB RAM & 16GB onboard storage. The phone is powered by a 2,600mAh battery and it runs on Android Nougat operating system.
