So it is no hidden truth that Samsung has been one of Top and leading smartphone OEMs when it comes to the 5G world.The company’s first 5G smartphone which was the S10 5G got its released in June this year and Samsung are preparing to launch two more 5G smartphones, the Note 10 5G, and the Note 10+ 5G after that, as the world prepares for the 5G era, Samsung is already two steps ahead of other major OEMs in the market.
The company now has around 3 5G flagship smartphones under its belt and the company does not plan to stop here. Samsung have just announced another 5G phone which will be a part of the mid-range A-series called the A90 5G, so seeing as how Redmi is also hearing up to launch a mid-range 5G phone we will now have two mid-range 5G devices in the market.
Moving on, the Samsung Galaxy A90 will come loaded with a very large 6.7″ FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display coupled along with a water-drop notch which will of course house the selfie camera. The display will also come with the latest innovationof the in-screen fingerprint sensor, probably of the ultra-sonic variety.On the back of the device the new A90 has a very unique look, with the upper/lower half of the phone having a rainbow color effect, which is quite similar to the Note 10+ Aura Glow color variant.

The new device A90 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 855, which if we are not wrong is the same processor that also powers the S10 series.Alongside, the SD855 users will have the option of either getting a RAM variant of 6 GB or 8 GB which is coupled along with a large Internal of 128 GB of UFS storage. The 6 GB RAM variant also has a microSD card slot, which can support up to 512GB storage if needed. The A90 is also the first non-flagship smartphone from Samsung which will support Samsung DeX, letting you dock your phone to in turn provide you with a desktop experience.
Moreover, on the back the phone has a triple-camera setup which can be located on the top left at the back, with a 48MP main, 8MP ultra-wide, and 5MP depth cameras. The camera app also carries support for features like Scene Optimizer, Flaw Detector, and Super Steady. In terms of the selfie camera, the A90 5G has a 32MP camera housed in the waterdrop notch.
The phone will be launching tomorrow in South Korea in two colors, Black and White. The phone will be backed up by a sizable 4500 mAh battery and 25W fast charging.No pricing details are available at this time.
