The royal couple Prince William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are expecting their third child. The news is confirmed as Duchess of Cambridge is once again going through from severe morning sickness and in consequences, she has canceled her intended meeting at a children’s center today.
Kate, 35, is once again suffering stern morning sickness, like with her earlier two pregnancies, and has been required to call off a royal appointment for medical treatment that was supposed to be conducted at home.
The announcement of expecting third child comes just at the same time as Prince George, four, gets geared up to start the school
A statement from Kensington Palace said: “Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child.
“The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news.
The royal couple had George in 2013 and Charlotte in 2015 “As with her previous two pregnancies, the Duchess is suffering from this kind of sentiments.
“Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children’s Centre in London today. The Duchess is being cared for at Kensington Palace.”
Asked about the news as he arrived for a visit in Manchester, Uncle Prince Harry said: “Fantastic. Great. Very, very happy.”
And when asked about Kate’s health condition, he added: “I haven’t seen her for a while but I think she’s OK.”
Due to extreme morning sickness in previous two pregnancies of Kate, the royal family also had to publicize the announcement earlier than planned for the reason of hospital stays and event cancellations.
A spokesman for Theresa May said: “It’s fantastic news. She passes on her congratulations to the Duchess of Cambridge.”
It was always the consideration that the royal couple would go on to have a third child later than George, four, and Charlotte, two.
