Apple just launched a pair of of repair programs which are launched in order to overcome the issues that are being faced by MacBook 13 inch, non touch Laptops and for a number of IPhone X’s according to news revealed by Bloomberg. The affected MacBook’s in t his case have a problem with their solid state drives while the IPhone X is reported to have incurred problems with the display module with some consumers complaining that the phones have a faulty display module.
As per the case of the MacBook the company states that a “limited” number of IPhone X’s 128 and 256GB models sold between the timeline of June 2017 and June 2018 have an issues with their solid state drives which may very well result in loss of data and failure of the Laptop altogether. As per the reports Apple or a authorized dealer will be servicing for those models for free. They will also recommend getting the new models checked out sooner rather than later, to avoid any inconvenience for consumers. Finally Apple have confirmed that MacBook users who possess older models or ones with touch-screens have no such issue.

Now on to the IPhone X, Apple in that matter have stated that some devices may incur touch issues mainly because Apple may have unintentionally added a failed component and that the display module-parts of the mobile phone may not work as well as they should or may even have failed to work at all. Furthermore other issues include that the device may react even when you are not touching any part if the screen. In this case Apple or authorized dealer in compliance with the company will be replacing the damaged module for no charge. But if you are enduring any other issue with your phone such as a cracked screen. To get any replacement you will have to fix that issue first to get the best out of any outcome being provided by the Enterprise or else they may charge you for the cracked screen. Finally Apple has also said that if you have already paid for a fix on your display module then you may get a complete refund in return which is a plus point if you have paid for any such replacement.
