Samsung lost the patent against Huawei in China. After much struggle finally the Chinese company Huawei apparently won a smartphone patent battle against Samsung in its home town of Shenzhen, China.
Now the Shenzhen Intermediate Court ruled Samsung have to stop selling or manufacturing devices which violate a patent on 4G phone technologies, Caixin reported.
On the other hand, court also ordered that Samsung must also pay a little court fee. Other than this, court did not order any damages.
In recent developments, it was not revealed which Samsung devices will be impacted by the order. However, according to court oreder smasung has to stop selling or manufacturing devices which break a patent on 4G phone Technology.

The report said the Shenzhen court had determined only one patent had been infringed out of more than a few declared, with claims involving the others discharged by the court.
Back in May 2016, Huawei first made its complaints filing suits in China and the US. At the time, the company claims it was committed to licensing patents on fair, rational and unbiased terms, it also said it supposed it is “entitled to reasonable compensation” from companies using its technology devoid of a license and not having any permission to use the technology from the parent company.
The court was accounted to have said Samsung “maliciously postponed negotiations” which started in 2011, and was “clearly at fault”.
However, Samsung which is the South Korean company nowadays reviewing the decision, in order to “settle on suitable responses”.
Now the struggle of South Korean company is real as Samsung is already facing hard competition in China, from Huawei and other indirect competitors counting Xiaomi, Vivo and Oppo, as well as Apple.
Although Samsung has a good target market and enough market share in the smartphone industry of the China but it seems the smartphone giant is facing much struggle right now.
