Oneplus 5G smartphone will reportedly debut in the second quarter. The major cellphone companies such as Samsung, Huawei, and LG look all set and ready to launch a 5G smartphone. Samsung have already announced plans for the Galaxy S10 5G edition which will be made available within a few months. Conversely, Huawei 5G device powered with 5000 Balong modem will debut in next few hours at MWC 2019 in Barcelona.
And now in a new set of plans, OnePlus will unveil its 5G device in the second quarter this year. If everything goes according to plan, well then the Chinese company will be among the first set of cellphone manufacturers who would launch the 5G devices. Although, OnePlus has not detailed anything about the device yet but will be up for a showcase at MWC 2019, so we will have to wait and see.Now as per its availability, then OnePlus won’t make it to the US as like of other manufacturers. Instead, they will debut there new 5G device in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, the 5G compatible device will move to Finland with Elisa network carrier by the second quarter of 2019.

Moreover, in an Interview, one source told us that the OnePlus Founder Pete Lau said that “It’s still very early days for 5G, and we want to take the opportunity to raise more awareness particularly within the OnePlus community, but not just limited to the OnePlus community, in what we can look forward to with 5G.”OnePlus 5G device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Chipset incorporating X50 5G Modem. The specifically designed modem is capable of providing download speeds of upto 4.5 Gbps.

Furthermore, in the next few days the major company, OnePlus will be showcasing the gaming capabilities of there 5G capable device. Particularly, the company is set to highlight the device’s gaming experience with “Ace Combat 7” game. It would be interesting to see how the company flaunts the device’s gaming hardware when the computing is done at the cloud level rather than on the device.
