In the most recent turn of events, Samsung is rolling out a new update for Samsung’s latest flagship phone, the Galaxy Note 9. This update is focused primarily on the camera, and though most of the users who have reported to receive the update are based in Germany, it shouldn’t be long before we see the update rolling out in other markets, and other parts of the world as well.
The 302MB OTA, firmware version N960FXXU2ARI9, is coming along the first of September security patch, and it includes upgrades which are based specifically on stuff such as brighter faces when the objects are backlit, less noise in low light shots, and much, much batter brightness in situations having low-light.
And if you think that this is where the benefits of the update end – well, then you’re wrong, because Samsung has also stated that the company has improved the day/night HDR control accuracy and this obviously comes with part of the update.

Already, the phone’s camera is regarded amongst the best camera’s available on any smartphone, if not the best camera on a smartphone – so it’s not difficult to say that the phone has one of the best smartphone cameras ever. Many experts have stated that there’s a lot to enjoy with regards to the camera based in the Galaxy Note 9, and now, with the latest update in mind, an even further enhancement in the camera department will well and truly make it a force to be reckoned with.
Like I mentioned above, the update has hit the markets in Germany, and it hasn’t even been in US just yet. It is likely though that the update will be arriving sooner rather than later, this being the case not only for the US and European markets, but also the subcontinent one – with the inclusion of Pakistan as well. So look out for the update if you happen to own a Galaxy Note 9, because you probably won’t have to wait too long a time.
