It is expected that Korean manufacturer Samsung will proceed on to launch the Galaxy Note 20 series as well as the Galaxy Fold 2 on the 5th of August. Ahead of such events, these devices have seemingly been leaking every other week and different features are seemingly popping up every time, too. And now, with regards to the latest leak, Samsung’s up and coming flagship smartphone in the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will feature with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus processor.
This latest batch of information comes courtesy of Ice Universe – a very well-known leaker with regards to news surrounding Samsung. It is in accordance to his claims that we’re now looking to see the possibility of the Note 20 Ultra featuring with the Snapdragon 865 Plus.

Earlier in the year, the CMO of Meizu in Wan Zhigiang went on to suggest that there won’t actually be a Snapdragon 865 Plus phone this year. However, even with that said, we cannot rule out the possibility. Nonetheless, even if we do see the Snapdragon 865 processor integrated within a device this year – it won’t be too much of an upgrade over the current Snapdragon 865 SoC.
Moreover, the leakster has also gone on to suggest that the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will arrive with a QHD+ LTPO AMOLED panel. The device will arrive with an option for 120Hz refresh rate in QHD+ resolution – which is an option missing when we take into account the Galaxy Note 20 series.
Last but not least, there is also in fact the mention of the inclusion of a nee and improved S-pen along with additional camera features. Other than this, nothing more is known about the device. But of course considering the fact that we’re moving more and more closer towards the launch of the phone, it is expected that we’ll get to know more and more about it.
