HMD global has launched its latest mid range flagship phone, the Nokia X7, which is also know as the Nokia 7.1 Plus. This phone has been launched in China. The phone contains a larger than 6 inch display, and while the price tag that HMD seeks for the particular device is not much, there is absolutely no sacrifice on some of the features that the phone boasts.
The phone will ship with a 6.18 inch, FHD+ Pure view display, coming with a 18.7:9 aspect ratio. On the processor side of things, the phone comes with a Snapdragon 710 chip, 4 or 6 gigs of RAM, and 64 or 128 gigs of internal storage – obviously depending on the price you’re willing to pay. The phone also has microSD card support, for up to 400 gigs of storage.
Talking about the camera side of things, the phone come with a 12MP + 13MP dual camera setup on the back end, and packs dual LED flash – which would almost certify the phone to handle the low light, and the portrait shots extremely well. The front camera packs at 20MP.

The phone comes with 3500mAh battery, and contrary to popular belief prior to the release of the phone, it does indeed support 18W fast charging. While running on Android 8.1 Oreo straight out of the box, the phone will be upgrades to Android Pie, sooner, rather than later.
The dimensions come in at 154.8 x 75.76 x 7.97mm dimensions. Weighing in at about 178 grams, you’d be sure of carrying a light enough smartphone for your daily usage, which also has the blessed inclusion of a headphone jack.
The X7 has been put up for Pre-order in China right now, by HMD global. The phone is set to be available in a range of colors, which include the likes of blue, red, silver, and black. For now, the phone will be found only in China, however, when you consider the fact that both the Nokia 5.1 Plus, and the Nokia 6.1 Plus made it to global territories, and both were Nokia X models, you might consider that this release in China might too soon be carried out on a global market.
