Pakistan’s first freelancing convention will be held on March 28, 2017. The convention is being organized by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Freelancers from all across the country will be present there. It will provide a platform to all the freelancer networks to interact with each other. This will not only create ties within the freelancing industry, but also the inter industry ties will be made stronger.
About the convention
The convention is completely dedicated to the independent workers. The convention will give awareness about the opportunities this industry have for the new comers, both here in Pakistan and abroad. The total view of the freelancing industry will be given to the attendees.

- Building efficient payment gateways for the free lancers

eRozgaar scheme
The employment scheme of Chief Minister Punjab, Mian Shehbaz Sharif will also be launched officially at the convention. It is named as Chief Minister’s eRozgaar Program. In this program, 40 co-working spaces are being set up in more than 30 districts of Punjab. The freelancers and students will have multiple opportunities in this program.
