The National Building Initiative (NBI) is a society which is formed in order to unify the nation of Pakistan through the means of social harmony and economic growth. Mr. Arif ullah Hussaini the founding member of the association and also the current President has stated that NBI’s vision is to build a strongly educated and prosperous nation of Pakistan and to help it reach heights that country could never have imagined.

NBI has launched their first ever digital platform which aims to enable the people of the nation to give them suggestions regarding their IT policy of Pakistan. The Initiative will form a basis to which they shall implement measures according to the ideas presented by the people of the country and this will in turn also help the Minister’s IT task force. They will be using the social media and their web forum to get and see the suggestions on the various issues from all over the world. Once the audience establishes itself, the digital platform will continue to hear the feedback in various matters from their key participants that are eager to give their piece of mind.

The Conference which will formulate the basis of the IT Policy of Pakistan is in callaborationwith the IT ministry if Pakistan and this conference is set to be held on the 23rd of December 2018 in the Bahria Auditorium Karsaz, Karachi. The conference will mainly focus on the aspects that have not been given full attention to, previously like gender discrimination, cybersecurity, cybercrime, and the various SDGs. There is also a dire in our country which has strict policies on the many issues being discussed. This forum will mainly try to tackle the many issues within the IT structure of Pakistan and is therefore a good Initiative set up the Information Technology Ministry of Pakistan!
