Mr. Kashif Bashir Present Research Activities in Pakistan at RCCC in Conjunction with International Conference Globecom 2017 Singapore. IEEE Communication Society Asia Pacific Regional Chapter Chair Congress (RCCC) took place at IEEE Globecom 2017 at Marina Bay Sands Convention Center Singapore in December 2017.
The purpose of RCCC is to facilitate and encourage sharing, feedback, and networking among Chapter Chairs, staff, and ComSoc officers. The Chapter Chairs were from the countries like USA, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, and Pakistan. Besides Chapter Chair Meeting there is a COMSOC board committee meeting as well.

Mr. Kashif Bashir Chair IEEE Comsoc Lahore Chapter from Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS) UET Lahore has presented Pakistan in this Meeting. Mr. Kashif Bashir, only representative from Pakistan, delivered a presentation on the year 2017’s research activities taken place in different universities of Pakistan. He especially mentioned Asia Pacific IEEE COMSOC Summer School 2017, World Telecom Day 2017, All Pakistan Congress PSYWC 2017, Awards and Publications by COMSOC Lahore Chapter. The audience appreciated the work done by Mr Kashif Bashir in Pakistan.
Two MOUS were inked with Mr. Kashif Bashir Chair IEEE Comsoc Lahore Chapter from KICS UET Lahore at the event. First Mou with Prof. Dr. Lianfeng Shen, South East University of China and 2nd MOU with Prof. Dr. Pingzi Fan Southwest Jiatong University China.In the light of this agreement, all parties will initiate collaborations for promoting research activities of common interest.
