Meizu 16s to feature with the Snapdragon 855

There have been a handful of leaks in relation to the launch of the Meizu 16s, and when taking into consideration such leaks, it seems that the handset is not far away from finally being unveiled. The phone has also surfaced on TENAA, with it making the appearance just yesterday. However, the appearance on TENAA only went up to reveal the design of the handset, not any specs of any sorts. However, contrary to the original TENAA listing, the latest listing sees an updated version, showcasing the full hardware details with regards to the flagship phone.

The upcoming phone is set to feature with a 6.2-inch AMOLED display – which will indeed carry the support for full HD+ resolution. Moreover, the flagship will also boast a higher screen to body ratio. The display is expected to be a solid one, since it’ll be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The phone is also confirmed to feature with the Snapdragon 855 SoC, while this will feature with 8 gigs of RAM to further enhance the processing capabilities of the phone. The 8 gigs of RAM will be integrated with 128 gigs of internal storage. The most premium variant of the phone will see the feature of 8 gigs of RAM, as there is to be a version to feature with 6 gigs of RAM as well.

The device will feature with a total of three cameras, which will include one on the front (20MP), while the back of the device will feature with a dual camera setup (48MP + 20MP). The phone is likely to set back potential customers $476, while the color options for the phone will range from the likes of black, to the likes of white as well as gradient blue.
