Linkedin has reportedly launched a faster version of their Android mobile app being called Linkedin Lite. LinkedIn Lite is just a 1MB app and this app consumes 80% less data while it can run on it, even a 2G network can run on LinkedIn Lite.

Till yet, It is not available for Pakistani audience. Though the unavailability of this very app is somewhat annoying for the Pakistanis, the company has planned to roll out the app in nearly 60 more countries but still, the timeline has not been given.
LinkedIn, a social networking site that has been designed specifically for the business community following a goal of the site to permit registered members to establish and document networks of people they know and rely professionally upon.
A LinkedIn member’s profile page, emphasizes skills, their employment history and education, and it also has professional network news feed along with a limited number of customizable modules. Basic membership for the LinkedIn app is free and Network members of it are called “connections”. Unlike so many other free social networking sites like Facebook or Twitter, LinkedIn needs connections to have a pre-existing relationship.
