So one company which is set to make a glorious comeback is LG, it has been revealed that the their upcoming device the ThinQ, will be released in the US from April 11th. Further more the phone will be made available to all major US carriers, including the many authorized retailers and a some regional carriers as well. The list revealed to us comprises of enterprises such as: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Best Buy, B&H, US Cellular, and Xfinity Mobile.In addition to that, It has been revealed that the LG G8 ThinQ’s unlocked retail price goes forabout $819.99, with only a few retailers in the market who will be offering a promotional $150 discount for onlya limited time. As for carrier pricing, Verizon and Sprint will both be selling the LG G8 for about $840, AT&T’s is set at $829.99, and T-Mobile’s conquers all in terms of price by offering the phone at a price if $619.99, which is currently the best price for the mentioned phone availablein the market.

Moreover, the LG G8 ThinQ is relatively similar to the G7 which was launched last year, in terms of looks. The phonewill be powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor, a large 6.1-inch QHD+ 3120 x 1440OLED screen, a 3,500 mAh battery, 128GB storage (with microSD support), 6GB RAM. The G8 will be runningthe latest Google OS, the Android 9 Pie out of the box.The most prominent and the highlight feature of the new device would definitely be the phone’s Z Camera. The G8 willuse the front-facing camera for taking Air Motion gestures whichwill let you perform various actions by only waving your hand or pinching the air near the screen. Some of these Air Motion actions canbe used for answering and ending calls, switching between applications, adjusting the volume, or taking screenshots, all without having totouch the phone itself.
Finally in terms of the camera of the device, the LG G8 comes loaded witha dual camera setup at the back, configured at 16-megapixel wide-angle camera and 12-megapixel standard camera and all the manual control for stills and video that LG is known for. In addition to that, the company will be releasing the devicein three colors: black, gray, and red. However, color availability will also depend on the carriers of the device.
