The month of December is going to be good for the smartphone market, as many manufacturers from around the globe are gearing up to launch their respective devices. Now, Lenovo is looking to be part of the trend that December looks forward to set, as there has been confirmation from the company over the launch of a new smartphone – the Lenovo Z5s, and the unveiling of the phone is confirmed to take place on the 6th of December, meaning just a few days from now. The unveiling of the phone will be done in a launch event, which is set by the company, while the official poster has indeed surfaced online.
The phone is set to come with a punch hole screen, along with three cameras, and this will include a 16MP + 5MP dual camera setup, along with an 8MP frontal selfie snapper. What makes the phone quite interesting is the reports that suggest that it is going to be equipped with an in-screen camera.

The new upcoming handset is set to come with the model number L78071. It will feature with a 6.3 inch display, along with an 18:9 aspect ratio, while the phone measures 156.7 x 74.5 x 7.8mm. The phone was expected to have a good battery, and with the news that it will come with a 3210mAh battery, we can say that the rumors were of valid substance; to a certain extent though. Other then this, there isn’t much to know about the phone till yet, however, considering the fact that the launch is not so far off, we’ll get to know more and more about the device, in the near future.
The phone is set to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, and a fingerprint scanner which is likely to be placed on the rear side of the phone. Some leaks have even gone so far to suggest that the phone might just as well come with the support of 5G technology.
In other news, there have been rumors that Lenovo is also set to launch another smartphone, and this is known as the Lenovo K5X, with the model number of L38041. The rumors also suggest that this particular smartphone is set to one with Snapdragon 636 chipset, and up to 6 gigs of RAM, while variants will obviously depend upon the storage – as there will be the option of either 64 gigs of internal storage, or 128 gigs.
