Latest update in Chrome OS will allow Android apps work in background. Google has been trying hard to perk up the experience of mobile apps running on its Chrome-based OS. Chrome Operating System has been working for many years to support Android apps for an excellent performance within the platform.
For now, it appears a software update possibly will revamp one of the remaining problems; the tech giant is facing with its browser.
In recent times, Google released Chrome 63 for Android with some latest features and now everyone is waiting what the tech giant will present in Chrome 64 build.
According to a report which is released by Chrome Unboxed, a new feature will be introduced in Chrome 64 beta which is called “Android Parallel Tasks”.

The objective behind this new update is to let Android apps run constantly in the background even if you’re active on another program.
In previous times Android apps in Chrome OS tolerate issues like hanging and pausing when you click or tap out of their windows. Every so often the app even stops working in anticipation of you to tap back into it, in order to continue using the program.
On the other hand, some exceptions were there, like Spotify, which will carry on playing music even when you’re not actively using the app. whereas all other programs pause each activity until you resume, using the app again.
We hope that new update of Chrome 64 will be a huge favor for those who love multitasking, particularly for those people who work exceptionally with eight apps and 37 Chrome tabs open simultaneously.
After this new update, the app that you have opened will continue to run except you want it close or pause manually.
At present, Chrome OS 64 is available just in the beta form and you can try it out now. Though, a stable build of the operating system is anticipated to be released very soon. So just wait for this amazing update.
