The rumors mill it seems has already taken its toll for the possible features that we may see from an upcoming OnePlus device. In accordance to what CashKaro along with a reliable leaker in @OnLeaks has said – a future device from the Chinese manufacturer – in all likelihood the OnePlus 8 – may feature with wireless charging as well as a punch-hole display.
The rumor stems from a “company insider” who went on to share “detailed schemetics” over a OnePlus device. However, to give any sort of guarantee over such talks would not be a good idea because the OnePlus 8 is still around eight months away from launch as of now.
@OnLeaks has made a name for itself becuase he basis his renders on CAD files from the factory – which is why his renders looks exactly like the real thing.

And while it may all seem a bit premature at this point, let’s just have an insight over his the Oneplus 8 might present itself. As far as the back of the device goes – it looks all too much like the OnePlus 7 Pro – with the triple camera setup arranged in a vertical manner. Though the front – courtesy of the punch-hole cutout, looks quite different. The OnePlus 7 Pro relies on a pop-up mechanism to avoid the configuration of a pop-up selfie camera.
On the case of wireless charging – we can’t tell anything just by looking at the renders. However, the anonymous insider does indeed claim that the phone will indeed be coming with this feature. If this does indeed turn out to be the case, then it would represent the very first device from the Chinese company that features with wireless charging
And while the rumors do link the device that we’re talking about with the OnePlus 8 – it is indeed quite possible that this might not be the case. It is indeed quite likely though that this isn’t a follow-up to the OnePlus 7 Pro, as it looks a bit too similar. It is possible though that this might be a follow up to the OnePlus 7 or the OnePlus 7T. What turns out to be the case – we can only wait and see!
