In what seems to be another case of Male dominance and harassment, another prominent celebrity and actress Humaima Malik has revealed to the media agencies of Pakistan the extent of torture she has received while in marriage with the another famous actor, Shamoon Abbasi. It seems the women of Pakistan have finally said, enough is enough, with many prominent personalities coming out and sharing there personal stories about the harassment they face everyday, be it true or not we can say it with confidence that Male dominance – beating the woman for petty reasons is a serious issue in Pakistan and must be addressed.
The latest person to come out and talk about the matter is Humaima Malik, who has stated that she was abused, humiliated and beaten for several years.

The famous, BOL actress recently shared a post on Instagram, telling the world about her own experience when she was married and had to face torture and humiliation almost everyday. She says, “Although it has been years but all those years and the pain filled days and nights still haunt me. I was only a 19-20 year old miserable young girl. Who couldn’t even share my screaming wounds with my family,”She has also said that it was very hard and shameful of her to come out like this but has assured the people that it was necessary. She said
“I am shameful of my self today I didn’t do anything for my self 3 years of abusive marriage, 7 years of another abusive relationship and it repeated again.”
In her support the producer of the upcoming film Maula Jatt, Ammara Hikmat has come out with open arms of support and has dubbed Humaima as a very “Brave Woman” and has also affirmed that everything she said was true.
