Huawei’s much anticipated Mate 20 Pro id scheduled to bereleasedat a Huawei event on October 16. However that doesn’t mean that the hardware images and specs would not be leaked before that big event. This thing has happened with the Google Pixel 3 devices (thatdevice will be launched on 9th October) with their hardware specifications and images being leaked without thought which creates confusion about what the actual device would really look and feel like.
Coming back to the topic the Mate 20 Pro’s Render (shown above) seem to have come from WinFuture who have classified the renders as marketing renders although such leaks are taken with a grain of salt this one begs to be trusted. The pictures of the phone’s rear give us a clear look at its triple camera setup. Like the Mate 20 Pro, the Mate 20 has three cameras placed in a square with the phone’s flash. It’s a neat looking design that is quite different from the triple camera setup on the Huawei P20 Pro and the LG V40 ThinQ. Underneath the camera, you can see the fingerprint sensor, meaning the device won’t have the in-display sensor that has been rumored for the Pro version.

It is rumored that the phone comes with a 4000mAh battery and a version of the phone will likely have 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Huawei recently confirmed that the Kirin 980 chipset would power the phone and there will also be three rear cameras although much is not known about them. Most notable among the features is the water drop notch which the company has been working for a long time although we have had a taste of that with the OPPO F9.
Overall these Render have got us more and more excited about the phones’ release and we now have two jam-packed Tuesdays ahead of us with both Google and Huawei staging events on October 9 and October 16.
