The latest product launch by Huawei is a sign that the company is not surrendering under pressure rather the sub brands that it has formed allows the company to divide the focus and still keep producing phones to increase the number of choices that customers have with their phones. This time, it looks like Huawei is making a statement to the world by launching 3 new phones, 2 tablets and 5 accessories which makes up for a total of 10 new products which proves that Huawei is here to stay and the US bans wont be affecting them at all.
This time Huawei has updates the Nova line up, with the Nova 5, Nova 5 PRO, Nova 5i. In the tablets category, Huawei has introduced MediaPad M6 8.4 and 10.8 inch versions. This adds up to a whole line of phones and tablets to fulfill your everyday needs and coming in different flavors makes the number of choices even greater.
Coming to specs, the Nova 5 PRO is powered by the flagship Kirin 980, which was also present in the Mate 20 series and the P30 lineup with a staggering 8GB of RAM and 256 GB of onboard storage. Up next is the Nova 5, which has the Kirin 810 processor with an additional NPU for handling tasks. The displays on both phones are 6.39 inch AMOLED displays with waterdrop notches maximizing screenspace without the need for becoming creative with the front facing camera. Talking about cameras, the front is a 32MP sensor while the back has a Quad Camera setup with 48MP for the primary sensor, 16MP for ultra wide shots, 2MP for macro and 2MP for depth sensing. The Nova 5 PRO has a 3500MAH battery with support for fast charging at 40W.
