Huawei have assured users that all Google applications will continue to work on Huawei devices

By now I am sure that most of you are currently aware of the heated situation between the folks at Huawei and the United States. Moreover, last month, the US had completely barred trade and allowance of selling there products in US, with the major Chinese manufacturers Huawei. The US had officially put the company, Huawei on the commerce’s entity list, banning it from conducting business with the American companies , following this revelation, the Android creators Google were forced to cut trade and supply with the company who currently have the second largest market share in the world. With that, Huawei were banned from using Google’s very famous and most used Operating Software, the Android OS. On top of that any Huawei phones with the said OS would stop receiving any updates on the phones and will also lose access to the Google Playstore and much more

As the news spread across the world , many Huawei users started to feel the of pressure of the new change and how this could affect there overall experience on their devices. Many users wait days to get new software updates and on top of that dowload loads of apps from the Playstore, if they lost that, whats the point right? Even after the 90 days relief provided by the US government, the fear of not being able to access Google products horrified people and the company’s phones started losing value.

However, after Donald Trump met with the Chinese Premiere tensions have started to sway away and it seems that both sides have reached an agreement which should suit both parties, Although Donald Trump cleanly stated that Huawei will remain on the Entity list he mentioned that the Chinese manufacturers will be allowed to trade with there previous suppliers. In that Huawei have now issued a statement in which they say  that all of the smartphones that have been sold or are in-stock in the market and even the ones launching in the nextfew months will be able to use Google services including Google Play, Google Play Protect, Gmail, Google Search, etc.Moreover, all Huawei smartphones will also receivethe much anticipated  Android OS updates as well as the security updates. All in all we advise you to hold on to your Huawei device if you were planning to sell it or ditch it.
