Google just released the latest December security update for its Android users and for the Pixel users. Moreover this release comes packed with over one dozen functional patches which are there to help improve the functionality and the performance of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL and to fix the early bugs reported by various consumers.
Notably the patch should help fix the poor memory management problem which in turn has caused the phones to prematurely and unintentionally close down the background applications notably, Spotify. After installing the latest patch should now be able to carry out various multi-tasks with utmost ease and efficiency. Moreover the annoying problem put an ugly spotlight on Google’s decision to leave the Pixel 3 with only 4GB of RAM.
Furthermore the new update also comes loaded with various and multiple other optimizations and fixes most of which are related to the camera as Google states that it has adjusted the auto focus behavior and in turn has made improved the camera shutter performance which should allow for even better quality photographs on the Pixel and Pixel 3 XL, also both Pixel 2 and the Pixel 3 will be getting improved camera capture performance which is probably Google’s way of expressing that you should not worry that about your photos disappearing anymore but there is still no news on the disappearing messages problem as yet on the update but soon people, very soon.

Finally the other related patches surround the Pixel Stand, now with better and much improved keyword detection improvements to the always on display. Moreover Google has stated that their Android Auto compatibility has also been seen to improve for both the Pixel 2 and the Pixel 3. Lastly there is also one fix in the update which dates back to the original Pixel (2016) or what you may also know as the first Pixel phone. Google has also assured the people that all of the generational phones will now experience improvements on the unlocking performance over the Bluetooth devices.
