That’s a relatively weird title for a car show right? But Geneva Auto Show has been this way for a long time! The level of absurdity of cars shown is just awe-inspiring. With all the luxury brands showing-off their most prestigious of cars reiterating their claim to their tradition, their history and their legacy. The likes of Bugatti, Ferrari, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, all blew the audience away with their jaw-dropping, mind blowing feats in engineering.
BUGATTI LA VOITURE NOIRE:
The world’s most expensive car, the Bugatti La Voiture Noire, has been unveiled at the Geneva International Motor Show, where it was sold to a mystery buyer for $27 million.
The sleek, jet-black supercar is loaded with a 1,500-horsepower, eight-litre, 16-cylinder engine, encased within a carbon fibre body.Bugatti describes it as “the highest level of automotive haute couture one can reach” and company president Stephan Winkelmann said the car combined “extraordinary technology, aesthetics and extreme luxury”.Bugatti will not confirm the identity of the buyer, saying it was “an enthusiast for the brand”, but it is generally thought to be Ferdinand Piech, the grandson of Porsche’s founder.

PININFARINA BATTISTA:
As the world moves towards electric engines, the 1000 HP (Horsepower) has become a joke. Once, industry leading cars barely made it close to this mark with the Bugatti Veyron being the first, in 2019 that record has surely been well-beaten and by a company that most of us hadn’t even heard of before, PININFARINA. The car has a shocking 1900 HP. Absurdity doesn’t do justice to what this car has pulled off!
About 150 will be made and they will cost around $2.3 million each.
ASTON MARTIN AM RB:
What a gorgeously built machine this is! You might not even notice how much time you could possibly spend in admiration of a car until you see this one! Aston Martin gets inspiration from aviation technology this time to power up this car. The engine is a hybrid turbocharged V6, with technical details to come later. Only 500 will be built, and the price is around $1.3 million.

This brand has been in its own league for a long time and continues the legacy of making exciting cars with the heritage of the company oozing from every curve, every little detail of the machine. The price is set at $266,000 for the Italian market.
These are just some of the most exciting cars at the show, be sure to give these a deeper look as you will never get enough of these beauties in a single glimpse!
