Earlier this year, one of the largest social networking platforms, Facebook revealed their plans to merge the messaging services of their notable and famous apps, specifically WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram all in to one app. Thereby users can carry out the messaging tasks of the various apps by simply using an all in one app. The app would in turn let you send messages from one service to another.
Due to the on going tension faced by Facebook, regarding various data security issues and the respectable trust issues that consumers now have against the mega platform, the company finally decided to opt for a change in strategy and hence agreed that in order to move forward and in turn out of the mess they have now surrounded themselves in, they opted for changing their business model and they wish to do this by interlinking the three platforms, in turn they will provided the very famous encryption messaging service, which they as of right now, only have for their WhatsApp application, in all three of the apps, hence completely securing all of their platforms in terms of the messaging services.
Moreover, now it has been revealed by the company that their plans will not be ready and hence the idea will not be implemented in 2019. According to the CEO and Owner of the company Mark Zuckerberg, the plan is still in its early stages of development but he revealed that its in the direction Facebook should be going with more things planned in the future. He also revealed that the project will not be ready before 2020.
Facebook combined messaging app service will not be available this year
Now, as many of you know, Facebook has a separate messaging app called the Messenger which is specifically designed to carry out the task of message transmission. While the Facebook app is basically used for content surfing, looking here and there and basically to send friend requests, like pages, like pictures etc. Their new plan definitely shows the change in their approach and we hope that one day we will get the taste of their idea, because in all honesty Messenger can be annoying at times, why even have it right, but an app which carries out the messaging function of all three of the services Facebook have on there books will be welcomed by all.
