Recent reports with regards to Vivo’s upcoming smartphone(s) seem to have a great amount of contradiction attached. It is either the case that the Vivo V11 and the Vivo V11 Pro are completely different devices, or the reports reveal something which is of an entirely different case. In the most recent of events, we have just got the news that the event which will be held on the 4thvor September might just as well bring us the Vivo V11, however, even more recent reports suggest that an event will actually be held on the 6th of September, in which the Vivo V11 Pro will finally be revealed. There is obviously some level of confusion at this moment of time, and in fact, there two devices just might turn out to be the same.
If you look at some of the leak pictures, you’ll see where OPPO is getting at. OPPO is actually calling it the waterdrop screen, coming with a teardrop notch, which was present in not only the F9/Pro, but also the R17/Pro. Now you might be a bit confused as to why I’m pointing out to OPPO when the topic at hand is based on Vivo. Well, have in mind the fact that OPPO, Vivo, OnePlus, and Realme are actually sister companies, and are all owned by BBK electronics. So there is an obvious relation if that’s what you were wondering.
Must Read: Apple might release a dual Sim iPhone very soon
Recent rumors and reports are claiming that the Vivo V11 or perhaps the V11 Pro will feature an inbred fingerprint scanner. Along this it is expected that the phone will feature a dual camera module on the back, along with a ‘special’ kind of notch, to which I’ve also pointed previously.
There are quite a lot of specs which are leaked and we know pretty much everything there is to know about the phone. It will come with snapdragon 660 SoC, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and while it is not clear whether or not we will have the option for expandable storage, it is an option which seems to be expected. There also will be a triple Sim card slot, how you might ask? Well there will be two Sims, plus expansion. The phone is expected to have a 6.41 inch super AMOLED display, coming along with a 12MP + 5MP dual cameras on the back. Talking about the camera on the front, it is expected that we would have a 25MP front facer camera. And if you’re wondering about the battery, it is expected that phone will come with a 3400 mAh battery, which would probably last you a day easily.
There is obvious confusion at the moment on whether or not there will be two phones, but this confusion won’t be there for too long, as we near the release of the phone(s).
