Counterfeit currency recovered from arrested Indian High Commission officials

Counterfeit currency has been recovered from the arrested officials of Indian High Commission. Rs 10,000 Pakistani counterfeit currency was found from Indian officials Silva Despal and Davamo Brahmo. The accident occurred due to negligence, carelessness and speeding of the driver. According to media reports, Islamabad police has registered an FIR against the arrested Indian High Commission officials.

The FIR also said that counterfeit currency was recovered from Indian officials Silva Despal and Davamo Brahmo.

Today, Islamabad police arrested two officials of the Indian High Commission, both of whom had violated traffic rules.

Both the Indian High Commission officials were speeding this morning.

A man was walking on the sidewalk when officers in the car tried to crush him۔  The vehicle was also speeding and driving recklessly, seriously injuring a pedestrian. Both officers tried to flee after the crash, but were rescued. Citizens present caught both officers.

When the two officials were taken out of the vehicle, it was found out that they were both Indian High Commission officials. The locals informed the police and the police reached there and arrested the two officials. The accident took place on Embassy Road in Islamabad due to the high speed of the vehicle of the personnel. It is a very covered area. Both the personnel were riding in a black BMW vehicle.
