The Daniel Craig starrer-Bond movies have had a fair share of hype every time each movie gets closer to its release date. This time, there have been quite a few delays to the release date and fans are left disappointed with the differences in the management of the Bond crew, causing these delays.
The initial launch of the movie was pencilled for a November 2019 launch, but director Danny Boyle, who has been in charge of the recent Bond movies, left the project over ‘creative differences’. Ever since then, new director Cary Joji Fukunaga has signed on, with the release date being shifted back to 14 February 2020. However, with a new director the movie needed more prep time since the production hasn’t been started yet. This led to another delay in the release date and no official reason has been given this time. We all just hope that these delays might not affect the movie so much, since this could possibly be Daniel Craig’s farewell to the Bond Franchise. And such a fine actor should deservedly receive a proper see-off with a movie to remember him with. Let’s just wait and watch what does BOND 25 has in store for us.
BOND 25 TO GET A NEW RELEASE DATE YET AGAIN
The latest installation would see Daniel Craig return in the tux- one last time- in a story which is said to continue the long running story threads originated in his debut Casino Royale. The script is being written by long-term Bond scribblers Neal Purvis and Robert Wade. The primary cast would also be returning including Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris and Ralph Fiennes, as well as Lea Seydoux as Spectre’s Dr. Madeleine Swann. It would be a great setback if such a great and talented cast, who has worked on this franchise for several years now would not be able to deliver due to behind-the-scenes issues. Fingers crossed.
