So Pakistan has had the honor of being represented in one of the most scientifically developed organizations in the world, NASA. 12-year-old girl from the city of Karachi, Pakistan and the the Karachi school has been selected for an internship at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for one whole week. This in turns marks a proud moment for the country of Pakistan, as this is one of the most high-end organizations of the world and to get in there, even for an internship is a very big thing, Moreover a 12 year old did it which makes it an even more amazing feat.

RaadeyahAamir, is a student, who is currently in the eighth grade at the British Overseas School in Karachi, she will in turn leave for NASA’s Kennedy Space Center on Saturday, according to a statement issued by the U.S. Embassy Pakistan on Friday.During the one-week internship, Raadeyahwill get the chance to learn and train as the next generation of space explorers in the Astronaut Training Experience, she will be able to indulge in gravitation walks, get an idea of the different planets in our solar system and will travel to Mars through a virtual and motion simulation, and will also be able to perform a spacewalk in a microgravity experience, the statement added.

Furthermore, According to the girl she says that it was her ambition to go to NASA and wave the flag of Pakistan and well it is people with the biggest dreams who end up getting everything they ever wanted and she has made our nation proud.She further added that she takes a keen interest in exploring space which all over, and above us and in turn would love to be linked in this line of work.
